Calming the Waves, Hearts and Minds. - What You can do to help.
I originally wrote this as an email for a close group of people that I work with regularly but in light of the ongoing situation in Japan and elsewhere I think it's time to offer it to a larger audience. Please forward this link to anyone that may be interested in participating in this process and sign up for the email list below. I'll periodically send out updates and practices to work with specific situations as they arise.
Now is the time, we are the ones we've been waiting for.
The past week has brought an extraordinary wave of energy through the Earth. Several earthquakes including the one in Japan, tsunamis, major storms, floods and closer to home, much disturbance in the group and a couple people in ICU. (One friend's wife is in ICU and improving from an intense bout of pneumonia while another friend in NY is recovering from an equally intense sudden kidney infection that took her to the ICU twice). We've all had our personal aftershocks as well with various levels of meltdown and relationship blowups. (since writing this, "meltdown" has been taken to a whole new level - and the work to a new sense of urgency)
There are two things I want to express here. One is that it's not just you and not just the earth. The earth and humans are both part of a single energy system and respond very reflectively of each other. We are different expressions of the same energy thus what happens to one happens to all. The energy that expressed itself in Japan's earthquake is now rippling through out the world in aftershocks that are not only geologic but also emotional in nature as humans respond to the dramatic shifts of the earth.
The other, even more important point is that we as humans are tremendously powerful beings (as the Egyptians have recently reminded us, and that's only the beginning). We are actually able to intentionally stabilize energetic patterns - including those of the Earth. This provides a sort of container to support the evolutionary process we are currently undergoing. The celestial energies that are saturating us all are highly catalytic and the planet is evolving under their influences much as we are. It's like providing a stabilizing and grounding infuence for a friend in need except highly magnified and distributed about the world.
I don't need to get into the physics of it with this group but the basic notion we are working with is that a concerted effort by human beings to create a specific energetic pattern can have a tremendously stabilizing effect on all life and the planet itself. Many people working together intentionally form a far more coherent and powerful field than a few scattered and alone. Let's face it, pretty much everything is better with company. :-)
My work is to initiate and support both evolution (expansion) and involution (balance). This means we all have to do our own work, ground it in the physical and do that in collaboration with all life to achieve an overall balance in the planet. This is the next major step for humanity and it's both intensely needed and very possible right now. In fact, it's happening. The more energy and focus we put into creating this reality the greater it's effect to counteract the volatility happening now.
-As a side note, this is also what the retreat at the BMC is about in April. We'll be setting up a large energetic structure in collaboration with Nature as a consciousness to act as a grounding rod and catalyst for our work as healers to expand and integrate throughout the world. Inspired by the work of Peralandra and Damanhur as well as my own vision this work is evolving quickly and is proving to be life changing for myself and those that are working with me. What You can do
You can undertake a powerful and fairly simply daily practice with a group of people around the world to provide stability and constructive evolutionary support for yourselves, your loved ones, all beings and the Earth itself. It is extremely effective and has the added benefit of helping your own energy body evolve. The end result is better adaptation and more stability.
Every day at 12pm Pacific time (GMT-8) starting March 16th until it's no longer necessary.
The more people do it concurrently, the more effective it is. Don't worry though if you don't manage to hit that time exactly, anything you can do at any point assists greatly. 10 Minutes every day is a great way to actively contribute to the well being of the panet.
This practice may be done any where at any time but to begin with I suggest sitting down in a quiet place free of distractions until you get the hang of it. Soon it will be nearly effortless, even in a busy environment. This is something we can even do standing up or at our desks. (warning, this practice is proving to be VERY potent, it's best to at least start it in a quiet spot away from others and be careful driving too soon after)
Set your intention to provide stability and support for yourself, all living beings and the Earth. Sitting comfortably, feel your sits bones on the chair and your feet on the ground. Allow your awareness to focus on your breathing. Feel the breath in your body. Visualize the main energy pathway in your body, known as the Central Channel or Pranic Tube, and let the breath flow up and down inside your central channel. A way to develop this is to imagine the breath as a tangible force, almost like a fog, moving throughout your body. Placing your attention on your central channel in conjunction with the breath can facilitate this. Imagine your central channel (and breath) opening up and extending down through the chair, the floor and the dirt to the core of the Earth. Feel that connection and then draw the breath up through your central channel out the crown of your head and visualize it continuing up to the core of the Sun. (This can even be done at night, just intend your breath to reach up into the sun. Continue for a few cycles of breath and let this stabilize and open you up. This practice is all about the breath, work it.
Remember a time when you felt gratitude - for someone or from someone. let your BODY remember this. The actual visceral experience of gratitude is a very high frequency, very healing and very powerful. Center this visceral experience in your heart muscle and let it carry the energies throughout your body. As this memory unfolds it will spark additional memories, let them all collect, adding to and intensifying the experience. Work with this for a few breaths.
When you're ready, allow the by now very elevated energies of deep gratitude to flow with the breath down into the Earth and Up into the sun. Keep going, after a time you might then want to direct those energies (with the breath) to other specific people or situations. Do so now. The entire practice includes you at all times so it's only necessary to work with the Earth, Sun and others.
When you feel complete or are out of time, release the focused energies, return to a relaxed breathing pattern and your body. Take a moment to feel the experience and appreciate the work before returning to your day.
