We have spent a lifetime masking to adapt to environments designed for neurotypicals. Now is the time to change that. The Neuro-Complex Creative Leadership Cohort provides a purpose-built crucible and sanctuary for our own needs.

How it works:

Hosted by Lawrence Kampf, cohorts are international groups of 10-12 people that meet monthly online with an ongoing private messaging group. The year-long program explores an archetypal journey of recreation.

Discovery → Healing → Learning → Integration

Each 2-hour meeting has a topic and suggested resources to explore, but we follow what’s real – not a curriculum. You bring what’s alive, and we follow the threads.

You are encouraged to show up exactly as you are in each moment. You are expected to accommodate yourself, not anyone else, or meet the needs of the group. This is a place where you can relax into yourself while being with others.

For many of us, it’s the only place.

Cohorts form organically when seats fill. Once full, we collectively choose a meeting time that works for everyone, with options to hold your spot for the next group if the schedule doesn’t fit.

Here are common experiences that may be familiar to neuro-complex people:

– You feel like you’re performing or “putting on a character” in social situations
– You feel “different” but struggle to explain or name this difference
– You’ve been called “intense” or “too much” when you’re just being yourself
– You procrastinate on simple tasks but easily focus for long periods on complex tasks
– Certain sounds, lights, or textures are genuinely overwhelming
– You mask your natural responses until you’re exhausted
– You notice details others miss, but miss things that seem obvious to them
– Conversations feel like translating between different languages

Neuro diversity expresses itself uniquely to each person.
