A veteran coach and consultant, He masterfully supports the transformation of embodied consciousness. Lawrence is a certified energy medicine practitioner, founder, leadership steward, facilitator, author, speaker, teacher and mentor. He has coached spiritual teachers, entrepreneurs, coaches, artists, parents, architects, Silicon Valley CEO’s and CFOs, healers, shamans, starseeds and research scientists to be and do their highest and best. 

He specializes in working with modern medicine people, the visionary creators and leaders who are built for building and devoted to creating a new world in service to the greater good. These values span a wide spectrum of cultures, geographies and industries, but creation is a common thread. Creativity is the primal catalyst of transformation and to create is to transform. 

Lawrence sparks a fundamental shift in consciousness, awareness and capacity. An initiatory transformation that evokes deep authority over your own embodiment. He helps build strong bridges across worlds and development of grounded skills through dimensions. His understanding of the mechanics of the human transformational process allows him to support people in their own wildly unique paths. 

Drawing from deep experience with thousands of individual and organizational clients, he offers teaching, guidance and direct energetic support to navigate profound transformation. He helps others to grow their capacities, transcend traumas and develop a skillful relationship with the living energy of their work. 

He has facilitated creative groups for cultural projects worldwide with clients such as  Cirque du Soleil, Panasonic, and Disney Theatrical in places like New York, Toronto, Las Vegas, Macau, London, San Francisco, Boulder, and Black Rock City. 

Sustained by a life-long meditation practice as well as participation in many sacred communities, forms of prayer and healing ceremonies, he delights in performing as a ceremonial steward or officiant when called upon. 

A 20 year digital nomad, he is now permanently based in Croatia and draws deeply on the cultural competency acquired thorough decades of intersecting industries, cultures and geographies. A co-founder of The Nova Earth Institute, his work now emphasizes the creative process as transformational path. 

A longtime climber, yogi and hash brown addict, Lawrence loves mushroom hunting, chinese tea and obscure indigenous prayer ceremonies. He lives in a medieval stone hill town with his lovely wife Alysia and a leaky, squeaky rescue cat renamed after archangel Gabriel in hopes of inspiring him to greatness. So far results vary.
