I help recently identified, neurocomplex professionals learn, heal and thrive.
When an adult discovers they are different neurologically - often through diagnosis of a child or family member, a transformation is catalyzed. I call this Neuro-awakening, and it marks the beginning of a journey.
Many of my clients are well established in their careers when they discover their own neurocomplexity (Autism, ADHD +) and have extensive leadership exposure as executives, coaches and creatives.
My individual and small group programs help high-masking professionals understand themselves, recover from burnout, and build rewarding new lives. All programs are highly confidential and most are available online.
My experience in a lifetime of research and practice in human development, as well as industry leadership globally, all comes together in supporting people in their neuro-awakening.
My approach
Outer aspirations require inner work.
My approach is deeply embodied, somatic, and holistic—addressing the full spectrum of body, mind, and spirit. Equal parts dojo and sanctuary.
The core is personal coaching and mentoring sessions. I also offer small group work and may recommend additional study or training outside the container of our work.
Sessions are a dynamic mix of learning, sensing, and practicing - designed to help you outgrow limiting patterns and inhabit your authentic power. Trauma-informed, not trauma-centric.
I organically meet each client in the moment, drawing on adult developmental models, biochemistry, energy medicine, meditation, yoga and decades of experience.
Growth is a practice. It becomes a way of life, not simply a lesson.
You will cultivate personal energy mastery—your foundation for leadership, creativity, productivity, and well-being. You will understand burnout, how to heal it and rebuild your boundaries for a new life.
I offer a judgment-free, neurocomplex space where you do not have to explain or justify yourself. Possibly the first you’ve ever experienced.

Neuro-Complex Leadership Cohort
Year-long executive group program
What it is
A structured group program for 10-12 professionals. We meet monthly for 2-hour online sessions, with ongoing support through a private group chat.
How it works
The program follows four phases: Discovery → Healing → Learning → Integration. Each session has a focus topic, but we adapt to what the group needs and work with what is alive. You move at your own pace while benefiting from guidance and peer insights.
The value of group work
You'll work alongside other business leaders facing similar challenges, so there's no need to explain context-switching, info-dumping, hyperfocus or sensory overload to people who experience these too. This shared understanding accelerates progress and reduces accumulated trauma.

Spontaneous Guidance
Flexible support for independent professionals
What it is
Ongoing support through messaging when you need it. After an initial video session, you can reach out via Signal or Marco Polo whenever questions arise. I respond when I can give you focused attention.
How it works
We start with a 60-minute session to establish your goals and preferred communication style. After that, you can message me whenever you need input through Signal or Marco Polo, keeping each message under 5 minutes. I typically respond within 24-48 hours when I can give you focused attention. You also receive priority if you book an additional full session.
Who it's for
This works well if you're generally self-directed but want support at key moments. There are no scheduled calls to manage around your calendar.
